Established by royal decree from Emperor Thanh Thai in the 6th year of his reign (1894), Hue Central Hospital has developed over the past 130 years into a special-class hospital under the Ministry of Health and has been honored with the title Labor Hero in the Renovation Era. Numerous advanced medical techniques have been implemented to improve the quality of medical examination, treatment, and patient care—making the hospital a trusted destination for people in the Central and Central Highlands regions in particular, and across the country in general.
