INTERIOR DESIGN ENGINEER
Job Description:
 
  • Design interior products to ensure standard size and functionality
  • Present product design ideas, apply products to interior spaces
  • Manage and release product design implementation information
  • Coordinate with Departments/Divisions/Factories to convey design information and adjust designs when necessary
  • Participate in the production of sample products, simulate models on software or directly edit prototypes with different proportions, on real materials to check designs or structural details of the design
  • Research new models, technologies and contribute ideas in the product improvement process
  • Participate in events, related work to promote and develop BOHO’s business
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by management
 
Job requirements:
 
  • Graduate from University/College majoring in design, construction, fine arts or related fields
  • Proficient in interior design software: Sketchup, AutoDesk 3Ds Max, Corona
  • Have aesthetic sense and understanding of materials and interiors
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
FOREIGN PURCHASING STAFF (board, wood, accessories)

1. DESCRIPTION
– Survey and search for suppliers to compare prices.
– Analyze product manufacturing methods and negotiate for the best price.
– Prepare and submit purchase documents: Approve prices, contracts, orders, etc.
– Prepare a supply plan at the factory and control deliveries from suppliers.
– Monitor and control the quality and progress of supplier orders.
– Finalize and process payment for orders.
– Find backup suppliers in case of replacement at any time.
– Make a list of suppliers and corresponding raw material items of each supplier.
– Make a purchase summary table for raw material items.

3. REQUIREMENTS
– Fluent in Chinese, knowing English is an advantage
– At least 2 years of experience in purchasing and supplying position
– Proficient in Microsoft Office.
– Knowledge of materials, supplies, construction and interior products;
– Knowledge of laws and legal regulations related to assigned tasks;
– Sociable, cheerful and willing to cooperate;
– Withstand work pressure, take responsibility for problems caused by oneself
– Be straightforward, honest and trustworthy;
– Have self-discipline and respect for general discipline;
– Be proactive, independent, responsible for oneself and general work;
